WELCOME TO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN LANDLORD’S ASSOCIATION

If you are a landlord, or thinking about becoming a landlord, you have come to the right place.  We are a non profit organization dedicated to landlords.  Our number one priority is education.  We strive to keep our members up to date on the ever changing federal, state and local laws that impact landlords.

We are part of the Wisconsin Apartment Association (WAA), which represents landlords throughout Wisconsin.  With this affiliation, we are able to work together with other landlords to have our voices heard and make an impact on state laws.

Please spend a few minutes looking around our site to get a better idea of what we are about.  Come to a meeting.  Our meetings provide a great opportunity for landlords to share their problems (and money saving ideas) and receive feedback from other members who may have experienced a similar situation.  Members receive the benefit of other members’ experiences without the unnecessary costs that often occur when we face a problem for the first time.
